我們臺灣自治政府TAG最近的活動：
1 ）台灣總統和副總統在 2015年7月22日的選舉, 順利選出。

我們的基本理念：
1） 台灣既不是國家也不是政府。台灣人是 [ 境內政治 , 奴性難民 ] ，甚至第二次大戰後 70 年的今天亦如此不變。
2） 與台灣和澎湖列島相關的法律主要有： ( 一 ) 舊金山和平條約 SFPT 1952 年 , (B) 台北條約 , ( 三 ) 1979 年的美國台灣關係法及 (d) TRA 的母法 , 美國憲法。
3 ）世界上沒有中華民國。自稱中華民國在台灣的流亡政權既不是國家 , 也不是政府。這是美國官方的一貫聲明。
我們相信 , 所謂《中華民國在台灣的武裝政治難民集團體》只不過是蔣介石軍事集團的潰兵殘餘。他們的政治地位是 [ 政治難民 ], 由杜魯門總統允許讓他們從中國紅軍逃往台灣。
劊子手集團的原罪、懸而未決的案件是： A) 台灣民族屠滅案 , B) 228 大屠殺 , C )70 年之久的殖民制度 , 恐怖主義統治台灣 ( 始終使用中華民國的名義 , 到 2015 年現在 ) 。 儘管美國官員說 , 沒有中華民或中華民國流亡政府的存在 , 中華民國流亡政權卻正在執行 [ 實際控制台澎 ], 而中國人的原罪案件是懸而未決的罪行 , 也是不帶追訴時效的戰爭罪行。
台灣人遭池魚之殃 , 被逃命到台澎的支那人中華民國流亡政權劊子手集團加害的台灣人多達 356257人、被謀殺或強迫失踪，並自 1945 年以來所累積的殖民恐怖統治受害者為五仟萬人次以上，且此間期長達 70 年之久；但卻沒有任何一個劊子手兇手受到法律的指責或依法懲罰。
4 ）白紙黑字明記於舊金山和平條約 SFPT 、我們毫無疑問地認為美國是主要佔領權國 [ 第 23 條 (a) 規定 , 而其管轄範圍是第 3 條 (b) 到 (f), 易言之 , 台澎 (b) 到南支那海上的南沙群島 (f) 是美國被明文授與有權力及義務管理此區域的糾紛案件 , 維護安寧 ] 。
5 ）日本應是台灣最可靠的盟友國 , 遺憾的是中華民國流亡政權是 [ 麻煩製造者 ] ，因為 , 偽總統馬英九宣言 — 為了釣魚台主權，我不介意對日本發動戰爭 , 。 而美日安保協議規定 [ 台灣有事 , 即受到第三者攻擊時 , 應前赴保護 ] 。馬英九等土匪集團有什麼可靠 !
我們認為，台灣應該受到國際社會的幫助，有自我再教育台灣人的機會、並建立 [ 民有 , 民治 , 民享的【台灣自治政府】 , 以便將來才有資格擔任美日安保協議、美國亞洲再平衡和亞洲基軸戰略政策中的一份任務。
6 ）我們認為，中國大陸是鄰國是不幸之一。但我們必須保持良好的關係，努力避免與中國發生麻煩。打造台灣自己的文化 , 如印度支那半島中國幾個國家，以避免使用漢字文化也許是最佳方法之一。
我們的訴求：
1 ）當了 70 年奴隸的台灣群眾還有多少能耐？ 要求問台灣人有什麼共同的輿論意見 ? 這是不公平又不現實的愚蠢問題。 李登輝，陳水扁和蔡英文他們不介意效忠中華民國 ( 流亡政權 ) 及其憲法 ( 早己失效 ) 。這才是背書劊子手集團自稱中華民國的愚蠢行為。
台灣人需要 120 年（ 50 日本年 + 70 中國年）的時間來恢復回自己靈魂的長期自我教育。我們懇請文明社會 , 國際社會幫助台灣人壯大 [ 台灣自治政府 ] 來為台灣人重新教育自己的人民。
2 ）說沒有軍警可建國保護人民是不現實的。 我們同意日本正在研討集體防衛權的合法性。我們也需要日本和美國提供臺灣青年留學日本軍事學校和美國西點軍官學校的機會與育成未來的台灣軍隊和警察部隊幹部的獎學金。
3 ）我們還要不斷訴求美國與不揮舞支那旗、真正代表台灣人的團隊做 [ 直接對話 ] 。國民黨或民進黨依法不代表台灣人 , 因為中華民國流亡政權是 [ 執行殖民恐怖主義統治台灣的劊子手集團 ], 是戰爭犯罪案的準通緝犯 , 無權代表台灣人民。
4 ）由於我們正在組織行政當局辦理 400 年來沒有處理的事務。 盼望美國能在台灣派駐顧問小組；我們認為該顧問小組除可協助我們的事務外 , 將確實能在法理上的抑止大大小小的外來勢力侵犯台灣 ] 、也具有鼓勵釐清 70 年來的奴隸洗腦教育毒素。
5 ）我們努力該有的結構或架構。 小小的國會有參眾議員。 如果美國國會能通過表示歡迎與台灣自治政府國會議員交流訪問 , 那是對台灣人民的極大鼓勵。盼望國務院適當策劃為幸 !
6 ）我們的目標為建立一個獨立國家，由 120 年後的台灣人公投決定。 我們強烈建議美國國會考慮築構美國在台灣的「飛地管轄權」，顯示一個強有力的法律抑止力，以提高對企圖入侵台灣的非法集團的抑止力。

Our recent activity:
1) The election of Taiwan President and Vice President on July 22nd, 2015.

Our basic ideology:
1) Taiwan is neither a state nor a government, and Formosan is [Domestic Political Slavish Refugee], even 70 years after the world war second.
2) The law related with Formosa and the Pescadores are: (a) SFPT of 1952, (b) Taipei Treaty of 1952 (c) Taiwan Relation Act of 1979 and (d) the mother law of USA constitution.
3) There is no Republic of China on the world. The self-styled Republic of China on Taiwan is neither a state nor a government as per the official statement of USA.
We believe the armed group of ROC in exile is nothing but the remnants of defeated troops of Chiang Kai-shih military clique. Their political standing is [The Political Refugee] permitted by President Truman allowing them fled to Taiwan from the Red army of PRC.
There are pending cases of (a). Formosa Ethnic Cleansing,( b). the 228 Genocides and (c). the 70 year long Colonial Terrorism Rules over Formosa and the Pescadores under the name of Republic of China, even now of 2015, in spite of USA official says there is no ROC or ROC in exile on the world. All pending crimes of Chinese original sins are the war crimes with no statute of limitations.
The victims of the disaster suffered by outsiders of Chinese of ROC are:
As many as 356,257 persons murdered or enforced disappearances, and the accumulated victims since 1945 is 50 million or more, but there is no single Chinese of ROC in exile being accused or punished by law in 70 year long. Isn't it the slavery rules for 70 year long!
4) We believe it without question that USA is the principal occupying power [SFPT art. 23(a)] of the territory listed (b-f) of article 2 i.e. From Taiwan to Spratly Islands of the South Sea.
5) Japan shall be the most dependable country for Formosan, but, unfortunately not to ROC in exile, since the fake president Ma Ying-jeau declared-- he does not mind to have a war against Japan on the issue of Senkaku Islands--, while USA-Japan Security agreement supposed to help Taiwan in case of emergency i.e. attack by the third party.
We believe Taiwan should be helped by the international society and be self-educated to have their Taiwan Autonomous Government of Formosan, by Formosan and for Formosan in order to take a role in the US-Japan Security Agreement, Asia Rebalance and or Asia Pivot Strategy.
6) We consider China (PRC) is one of the neighboring country unfortunately. We have to keep good relationship avoiding the trouble with China as fatalistic. The best way to create Taiwan's own culture like those several small countries on the Indo-China Peninsular to avoid using Kanji culture.
Our demands:
1) The 70 year long slave can do nothing. It is unfair to consider there is the public consensus opinion. Lee Ten-hui, Chen Sui-bian and Tsai Ing-wen are all accept ROC in exile is their mother land or country, and they do not mind to give allegiance to the invader and murderer group that self-styled ROC.
Formosan needs 120 years (50 Japanese years + 70 Chinese years ) long terms self-education period of time to restore back their soul. We sincerely request the civilized international society helps Formosan to have the opportunity of establishing the Taiwan Autonomous Government of Formosan, by Formosan and for Formosan to re-educate our own peoples.
2) It is unrealistic to say no military can protect the motherland. We agree Japan's studying the collective defense right in practice. We also needs Japan and USA provide the young Formosan the scholarship to study in Japanese military schools and USA West-point military school for the future Taiwan Military and Police forces.
3) As we demanded many times to be favored the opportunity of the Direct Dialogue with us instead of the terrorist group of ROC in exile who has no right to represent the people of Taiwan.
4) Since we are organizing the executive administration, USA is sincerely requested to send a small advisory group to our office to encourage the slave of 70 year long. It also works as the legal deterrent force against the invasion by the third party.
5) Since we have the house representative and the senator of the Congress, it will be a great encouragement to the people of Taiwan if the US congress can welcome the visit by the Taiwan Congressmen.
6) Our object of establishing an independent state is 120 year later, we strongly suggest the US congress to consider the US enclave Jurisdiction on Taiwan, in order to boost a stronger legal deterrent force against the invasion by the third party may be.

私たちは、 ROC in exile の武装グループは蒋介石軍閥の敗残兵に他ならないと考えています。彼らの政治的地位は中国の赤軍から台湾に逃れてきた「政治難民」で、その許可は米国トルーマン総統によって許可した [ 政治難民 ] です。
殺人者集団の自称中華民国の国民党が犯した原罪は多く有りますが、 (a) 台湾民族浄化 (b) 228 組織的大量虐殺 (c) 1945 年から、今でも現存する植民地政策のテロ統治を中華民国の亡命政権の名義での戦争犯罪。 全て、懸案の未決戦争犯罪案件であるが、 70 年過ぎても、国際社会は見向きもしない。 政治問題でも、法律問題でも、人権問題でも、台湾では通用しません。
この台湾の主権を持たない、政治難民の武装集団は台湾人を多く殺害しました。 356,257 人が虐殺または強制失踪で台湾から、消えました。 なお、植民地制度下のテロ統治の被害者は五千万人に上るが、加害者ゼロと言うのが、中華民国亡命政権の政策であり、台湾人は抗議の余地なしです。
4 ）私たちは、米国がサン・フランシスコ平和条約、第 23 条（ a ）の規定どおり、主要占領権国で、その適応範囲は、第二条の（ b ）から（ f ）、即、台湾から南シナ海の南沙諸島と記載されている実情を信じています。
5 ）日本は台湾にとって、最も信頼出来る国であるが、中華民国亡命政権との関係は、台湾に比べ、昼夜の大差があります。中華民国亡命の政権の偽総統、馬英九は「尖閣群島の件で、日本と一戦をも惜しまず」と公言しました。 日米安保の合意で台湾有事即台湾が第三者の攻撃を受けた場合、日米は台湾を守るとされていますが、問題です。中華民国亡命政権の終結、消滅の時間が来たようです。
台湾は中華民国亡命政権の終結、消滅を早急に進め、自己の再教育で将来、日米安保、アジア・リバランスとアジア・ピポット戦略の任務の担当をもすべきと信じます。この任務には台湾人が、台湾人の、台湾人に依る、そして台湾人の為の「台湾自治政府」は欠かせません。
6 ）我々は中国（ PRC ）は、残念ながら隣国の一つである考えてます。我々は宿命として、中国とのトラブルを避け、良好な関係を維持する必要があると考えます。インド・シナ半島のいくつかの小さな国のように、台湾も独自の文化を強化し、漢字文化の使用を避けるのも、賢い方法の一つと考えます。
私たちの要求：
1 ） 70 年の長い間奴隷を勤めてきた群衆に何が出来様や ? 台湾人に共有できる社会世論を求めるのは酷であり、不公平です。李登輝、陳水扁そして蔡英文等の台湾人代表格の政治人物は、中華民国の枠内での改革、若しくはこの外来政権を額面どおりに受け入れています。 彼らは外来政権の偽総統になる事に誇りを感じ、忠誠を誓う事に違和感を感じませんでした。
台湾人は 120 年の時間で (50 日本語年代 + 70 年の北京語年代 = 120 年 ) 、台湾人の魂を取り戻すための長期的自己教育期間が必要です。我々は文明国際社会が台湾人に 台湾自治政府にて、台湾人の再教育出来る様、支持と応援をお願いします。
2 ）防衛力なしで祖国を守れると考えるのは自己欺瞞で、非現実的です。台湾人の 70 年の奴隷生活がよい実例です。 日本政府が集団的自衛権の深読みから、国民を指導していくのは正しいと信じ、同意また賛成します。 日本と米国は、 若い台湾青年に、将来台湾軍や警察の力となるために日本自衛隊軍学校やアメリカのウェストポイント陸軍士官学校で勉強するための奨学金を提供してくれます様、切にお願いします。
3 ）米国も日本も、台湾人を代表しないシナ人と直接対話をし、 70 年が過ぎました。現状は「不法な作為は合法的な結果を出せない」と証明しています。今後は台湾自治政府との、直接対話のパイプを構築して、交流すべきと存じます。。
4 ）この度、私たちは法的要素を整えるべく、台湾臨時総統の選出、ミニ総統府を作成しました。 台湾人の長すぎた冬と遅すぎた春を迎え、米国に台湾顧問グループを台湾自治政府に駐在するようお願いしました。 これは台湾の奴隷集団の目覚めと、万が一の第三者の侵入には、法理的な抑止力に成ると信じます。
5) なお、国会も整備しましたので、米国議会への訪問が受け入れられる様、打診しています。 米国議会訪問が実現できれば、日本の議会訪問も可能になればと願っています。
6 ） 台湾独立宣言は 120 年後です。国際事情を深読みすれは、ご理解頂けると思います。 そのために、米国議会が、早急に、第三者による侵入に対する強い法的抑止力を高めるために、台湾で米国の飛び地の管轄 (the US enclave Jurisdiction on Taiwan) を考慮すべしと要求しました。

Very Important Announcement
Taiwan Basic Law of the Taiwan Autonomous Government was passed and legalized on July 22nd, 2015 by The General Assembly of the Congress of Taiwan Autonomous Government. After the Taiwan Basic Law became effective, the First Taiwan President and Vice President were legally elected by the Congress accordingly. According to TRA of 1979 they should be regarded as leaders of Taiwan Authority, since Taiwan has not yet qualified as a sovereign state.
It is the first time for Formosan (or people of Taiwan) after 400-year itinerary to have their own leaders. The initial mission for Taiwan Autonomous Government is how to negotiate in peace with the illegal government, the ROC in exile, which actually acting as military occupation with colonial regime on Taiwan and to urge it to renounce its control and right to Formosa and the Pescadores.
The newly elected leaders of Taiwan Autonomous Government have no right however are to be accountable for protecting the people of Taiwan. This is to be in line with the same philosophy as those forefathers of the USA did. We, as the first leaders of Taiwan are without exception.
Our primary mission is to restore the land of Taiwan and the reins of government back to people of Taiwan from the hands of the alien regime, ROC in exile that has never been granted sovereignty of Formosa and Pescadores.
The pending case of the murderer's original sins i.e. the Formosan Ethnic Cleansing, the 228 Genocides and the Colonial Terrorism Rules in the name of ROC in exile must be brought to the courts to be tried. Although the spring comes late, yet, we are not hopeless for we pursue justice and it shall protect people of Taiwan from now on.
We will work the way peacefully in accordance with the San Francisco Peace Treaty of 1952, the Taiwan Relations Act of 1979 and other related International Laws to pursue happiness and Self-Governing Devices for people of Taiwan. We believe that all our actions will contribute to peace of the world, interests of the international society and universal values of freedom, democracy and human rights.
It will be our great honor to have your presence in the Inaugural Ceremony and celebration party. You will encourage us, all people of Taiwan who has been trapped in slavery for 70 years. If you could not participate in the ceremony, your comments or statements regarding the issue will be highly appreciated. Your support and encouragement will be documented forever on the very historical day in this new born Taiwan Autonomous Government.

Upon The Imperial Government of Japan signed the Instrument of Surrender, the original inhabitants and their descendants of Formosa and the Pescadores based on the following good reasons,
(1) San Francisco Peace Treaty,
(2) Japan-China Taipei Treaty,
(3) United States Taiwan Relations Act,
(4) The UN Charter article 77/73,
(5) Based Taiwan Organic Law we announced the establishment of Taiwan Autonomous Government in the Ex-Taiwan Government buildings, Nantou, Taiwan, on July 7th 2014.
The representatives of the people of Taiwan has elected their leaders, in Kaohsiung, Taiwan on July 22nd, 2015. As of,

It is understood that Taiwan territory covers the island of Formosa, the Pescadores and the nearby smaller islands. The area of Kinmen and Matsu is excluded, it is not considered as a part of Taiwan.
The Taiwan Autonomous Government will start to exercise its duty of how to serve and protect the people of Taiwan, and wish all people of Taiwan shall be involved in the coming campaigns! The support by the foreign friends are most welcome!
