臺灣自治政府依【臺灣自治基本法】已在07-22-2015選出臺灣的領導人臨時總統蔡明法、臨時副總統蔡吉源，並於08-04-2015在参議長何文杞、衆議長李元秉的監誓下宣誓就任完畢；這是臺灣人依據【臺灣體制】所完成的國際法程序，誠為臺灣人面對現實的勇敢承担。(此非蔡英文所屬的中華民國流亡政權憲政下的中國人體制)。
對此，臺灣自治政府乃將於03-03-2016在美國國家記者俱樂部National Press Club向全世界發信，竭誠歡迎您的光臨，分享母親臺灣的喜悅。

Announcement
Upon The Imperial Government of Japan signed the Instrument of Surrender, the original inhabitants and their descendants of Formosa and the Pescadores based on the following good reasons,
(1) San Francisco Peace Treaty,
(2) Japan-China Taipei Treaty,
(3) United States Taiwan Relations Act,
(4) The UN Charter article 77/73,
(5) Based Taiwan Organic Law we announced the establishment of Taiwan Autonomous Government in the Ex-Taiwan Government buildings, Nantou, Taiwan, on July 7th 201 4 .
The representatives of the people of Taiwan has elected their leaders, in Kaohsiung, Taiwan on July 22nd, 2015. As of,

It is understood that Taiwan territory covers the island of Formosa, the Pescadores and the nearby smaller islands. The area of Kinmen and Matsu is excluded, it is not considered as a part of Taiwan.
The Taiwan Autonomous Government will start to exercise its duty of how to serve and protect the people of Taiwan, and wish all people of Taiwan shall be involved in the coming campaigns! The support by the foreign friends are most welcome!

元台湾及び澎湖島の住民とその子孫は1045年9月2日、 日本帝国の終戦署名に依り、下記の諸法律、条約に基き：
（１）サン・フランシスコ 平和条約、
（２）台北条約、
（３）米国、台湾関係法、
（４）国連憲章第77/73条、
（５）台湾自治政府の201 4 年7月7日、台湾、南投，
旧台湾省政府ビルにて、台湾自治政府成立の宣言。
7月22日に、法に従い、台湾の臨時総統、
蔡明法氏と臨時副総統、蔡吉源氏を選出しました。
即刻、台湾と澎湖群島の台湾自治政府は 政府義務の運営を始め、

我是 _____________ ，我宣誓承認我是臺灣人、我真誠的認同臺灣。
I, _________________ swear that I recognize I am a Formosan, I am sincere in recognizing Taiwan.
我在此鄭重宣誓 完全認同以下這些真理：
I have solemnly sworn my faith and loyalty to Formosa acknowledge that:
1) 人人是被創造平等的，造物者賦予他們若干不可剝奪的權利，其中包括生命權、自由權和追求幸福的權利。
All men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, including Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
2) 為了保障這些權利，人民才在他們之間建立政府，而政府的正當權力，則來自人民的同意。
In securing these rights, Governments are instituted and deriving their just powers from the consent of the People.
3) 任何形式的政府，只要破壞上述目的，人民就有權利改變或廢除它，並建立新政府；
Whenever the Government becomes dysfunctional, it is the Right of the People to alter, abolish or institute new Government.
4) 新政府賴以奠基的原則，得依組織權力的方式，全心全力增進臺灣人民的安全和幸福！
The new Government should lay its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, so as to greatly improve the Safety and Happiness of the Formosan people.
5) 我遵行聯合國國際人權兩公約及美國憲法、舊金山和平條約、美國臺灣關係法等文件裡的普世價值！
I adhere to the Common Values derived from:
*International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
*International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights
*The Constitution of the United States
*1952 San Francisco Peace Treaty
*1979 Taiwan Relations Act
