是的, 全世界可以遣責中國主權的違反國際慣例法則的聲明及姿態, 可是, 中國人必然冷笑紙老虎只會吼不敢咬人!
中國要宣言的主權就在菲律賓的海岸的可視的近距離。 中國步步加強軍事及民用設備完工。 時間一到, 中國發出諸如; 航空識別區，禁飛區，甚至海上封鎖區.... 等等。 中國有什麼不能做的禁忌? 實際有效控制的確立完成時, 包括美國的國際社會將面臨無奈何! 冰凍三尺非一日之寒! 國際社會旁觀多久了?
致於民間使用目的云云, 對中國是易如反掌。 中國可建造5星級大酒店並備有賭場供分享! 甚至大學的設立或聘請國際著名教授, 招生國際學子都是芝麻小事。 主權在手, 一切如意! 不是嗎? 香港模式就是中國勝利的好例子。 吵吵鬧鬧終有落幕之一天。
中國企圖實際的有效控制, 將延伸到台灣和澎湖群島, 全球無人不會承認 [中華民國流亡政府是中華人民共和國的一部分], 中華民國流亡政權的有效控制台灣, 意味著中國邏輯或中國三段論, 可訴求是[中國控制台灣, de jure and de facto]。中國可在國際法庭不停吵鬧10年, 50年, 100年....., 中國吵台澎是中國領土也逾50年。民進黨為什麼自投羅網說 : “我” 將在 [中華民國現行憲政體制]下，依循普遍民意，持續推動兩岸關係的和平穩定發展。」
馬英九證明了中華民國流亡政權是中國的一部分。台灣(美國所稱呼的中華民國流亡政權) 不再是反共集團。 自稱中華民國的武裝集團70年來的本質就是[殖民台澎的恐怖分子集團], 且存懸案未決的 [不帶時效的戰爭犯罪案的三大原罪。 中華民國流亡政權實際上是中國的木馬進駐在台灣。所有美國製武器可以轉180度槍口轉向日本及美國。 中華民國流亡政權的[命令機制系統完全控制在劊子手恐怖份子集團], 台灣人不過是名叫 [中華民國流亡政權]奴隸制度下的現代式奴隸。

The next step of PRC is to declare its sovereignty
over the China south sea!
The model applies to Taiwan soon!
PRC is going to stop the landfill operation before long. Then the next step is to strengthen the hardware and the software on the seven stops where the landfill completed. Thus, the flags will be raised to declare the sovereignty of PRC on the whole area of the China South Seas.
Yes, the world can stop this declaration of the PRC sovereignty by the gesture or the lip service only that PRC laughs as the paper tiger.
It is at the visible distance from the shore of Philippines, then, the combination of military and civil equipment that strong enough to declare such as Aviation Identification Zone, No fly zone and even the Naval Blockade Area are coming up soon! There is almost nothing they cannot do once the actual control is established.
For the civil purpose, it is easy for China to build the 5 Stars Hotel with casino or even the University to accept the international students to response the claims from others, then, the time will take the care of it. The real trouble will come to Taiwan after that.
The actual effective control may be extended to Taiwan and the Pescadores saying the ROC in exile is a part of PRC, the effective control by ROC in exile means the control by PRC in Chinese logic or by Chinese Syllogism.
Since Ma Ing-jeau in power and DPP exercising within the scheme of ROC in exile, Taiwan is no longer the anti-communist group. It is the reality that there is no Taiwan instead of there is no ROC.
No ROC in exile is the wrong concept made by USA, it is nothing but the self-deception! ROC in exile on Taiwan is actually the modern Trojan wooden horse stationed on Taiwan. All arm sales weapons made in USA may turn 180 degrees aiming to USA under the order given by the chains of command that is occupied almost 100% by Chinese mainlanders of ROC in exile. Formosan has been the modern slaves under the Chinese Slavery for 70 years by now.
It is the time for USA to change the Strategic Ambiguity Policy on Taiwan! Please see our group of Taiwan Autonomy in USA, that is one of the remedy!
