                                    Formosan Sworn Statements
 
我是    _____________    ，我宣誓承認我是臺灣人、我真誠的認同臺灣。    
I, _________________ swear that I recognize I am a Formosan, I am sincere in recognizing Taiwan.

我在此鄭重宣誓    完全認同以下這些真理：    
I have solemnly sworn my faith and loyalty to Formosa acknowledge that:

1)        人人是被創造平等的，造物者賦予他們若干不可剝奪的權利，其中包括生命權、自由權和追求幸福的權利。    
All men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, including Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

2)        為了保障這些權利，人民才在他們之間建立政府，而政府的正當權力，則來自人民的同意。    
In securing these rights, Governments are instituted and deriving their just powers from the consent of the People.

3)        任何形式的政府，只要破壞上述目的，人民就有權利改變或廢除它，並建立新政府；    
Whenever the Government becomes dysfunctional, it is the Right of the People to alter, abolish or institute new Government.

4)        新政府賴以奠基的原則，得依組織權力的方式，全心全力增進臺灣人民的安全和幸福！    
The new Government should lay its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, so as to greatly improve the Safety and Happiness of the Formosan people.

5)        我遵行聯合國國際人權兩公約及美國憲法、舊金山和平條約、美國臺灣關係法等文件裡的普世價值！                        
I adhere to the Common Values derived from:

*International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
*International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights
*The Constitution of the United States
*1952 San Francisco Peace Treaty
*1979 Taiwan Relations Act

6)          我將以此普世價值，在臺灣的每一吋土地上，捍衛每一個人的尊嚴與權利、捍衛每一個人的自由與正義、捍衛每一個人的生命與財產權，建立住民自決、自治、立憲，屬於人民、因於人民、為了人民的偉大福爾摩沙！ 
     
And, establish Plebiscite , Autonomy, Constitutional  in order to build a Formosa of the people, by the people, and for the people, hereby resolve to uphold on every inch of Formosan territory and safeguard the right of:

Every individual to dignity
Every individual to liberty and justice
Every individual to life and property
